DESCRIPTION:Dennard Dayle&#039;s satirical Civil War novel called&amp;nbsp;How to Dodge a Cannonball, which the NYTimes called &quot;uproariously funny and revelatory...&quot;&amp;nbsp;visits Elgin Community College on&amp;nbsp;Tuesday, April 14th. Please join him in&amp;nbsp;the evening&amp;nbsp;at 7pm, as he&amp;nbsp;reads from his work,&amp;nbsp;How to Dodge a Cannonball. Both events are free and open to everyone. Registration is not required, but it is highly recommended. It can help us plan, and it serves as a nice reminder as the event day/time approaches.
